On April 20, 2005, a T-33 from Cold Lake destined for the Aviation Museum arrived in Ottawa for a fly by before going on to Rockcliffe. The aircraft made three passes. I'm not sure if it was the last flight of a Canadian T-33 but I believe it was. I'm sure that members from all of the units would enjoy seeing these photos.
Most of us have had a few of these in the circuit or on radar and a lucky few of us even had a number of back seat rides in the "good old days".
He blew over the roof of the NOC below the tower cab at around 300+K, completed three passes and I think that he subsequently landed at YRC and will go on display at the Aviation Museum. You can figure just how low he was.

The buildings in the background are the old passenger/baggage handling terminal and control tower at the Ottawa MacDonald Cartier (International) airport. They are shortly to be razed to make way for a $95M expansion of the new passenger/baggage handling terminal, (out of view, to the left of the picture). This shot was taken from the new tower that was opened circa 1990.
